The Women's Abuse Recovery Network
New Group Beginning January 5th, 2026, at 6 pm (CST) on alternating Mondays via Zoom! Join us for an in-depth three-month study of the book I Want to Trust You, But I Don't and the accompanying Study Guide by the same title from Lysa Terkeurst. Every couple of weeks we will read two chapters in the main text, watch a short video, and answer questions in the study guide in preparation for our discussion. This will be a great opportunity to learn and grow with others as we develop our relational skills and grapple with the roots of distrust and its impact on our discernment. "To dare to hope is to simultaneously expose our greatest desires and our greatest fears." - Lysa Terkeurst
Hope for Today - Excerpts from Psalm 42 So I speak to my heartbroken soul, "Take courage..." "My deep need calls out to the deep kindness of your love. Your waterfall of weeping sent waves of sorrow over my soul, carrying me away, cascading over me like a thundering cataract. All through the day Yahweh has commanded his endless love to pour over me." So I say to my soul, "Don't be discouraged. Don't be disturbed. For I know my God will break through for me." Then I'll have plenty of reasons to praise him all over again. Yes, he is my saving grace!" New Prayer Resource Below!
